This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Market and sell existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of the clinical efficacy of products and effectively communicate customer value propositions.
• Offer clinical support and relevant information as required.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Perform business analysis and seek out new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal teams to devise account strategies.
• Create tailored pre- and post-call plans for customers, outlining objectives, questions, and approved materials.
• Expand sales within both new and existing accounts in the designated territory.
• Utilize company-sanctioned marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Apply closing techniques to advance sales processes.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers in a compliant manner.
• Negotiate sales terms and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
• Report directly to a District Manager in the capacity of a field-based Oncology Sales Specialist.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel as needed, which may include overnight and/or weekend trips.
• At least two (2) years of proven experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or have recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Must reside in the designated area or be willing to relocate.
• Preferred qualifications include specialty sales experience and knowledge of the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
• Preferred: Experience in sales within hospitals and large accounts, familiarity with complex reimbursement issues, Medicare Part D, and a track record of success in a competitive sales environment.
• A demonstrated commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies, including AI.
