
Executive Oncology Sales Representative – Head & Neck

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Implement sales strategies by promoting existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of the clinical efficacy of products and clearly convey a compelling value proposition to customers.
• Offer clinical support and pertinent information as required to meet sales targets.
• Perform business analysis and actively seek new business opportunities within assigned accounts and call plan guidelines.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal stakeholders to formulate account strategies.
• Identify pivotal accounts and create tailored plans for effective account penetration.
• Prepare customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with defined objectives, questions, and approved support materials.
• Expand sales within new and existing accounts in the designated territory.
• Leverage company-sanctioned marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Employ closing techniques to advance sales processes.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers in a compliant manner.
• Negotiate sales terms and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
• Report directly to a District Manager.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed, including overnight and weekend travel.
• At least two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Must reside in the designated geography or be willing to relocate.
• Specialty sales experience and familiarity with the Solid Tumor and Oncology market is preferred.
• Experience in hospital and large account sales, managing complex reimbursement issues, Medicare Part D, and a proven track record of successful sales performance in a competitive landscape is preferred.
• A demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and the application of new tools over time is preferred.
