This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +3 more states.
β’ Implement sales strategies by marketing existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
β’ Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of product clinical efficacy and communicate customer value propositions effectively.
β’ Offer clinical support and information as required.
β’ Meet and exceed sales objectives.
β’ Conduct business analysis and seek new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
β’ Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to devise account strategies.
β’ Identify key accounts and formulate plans for account penetration.
β’ Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes, and approved materials.
β’ Expand sales in both new and existing accounts within the designated territory.
β’ Utilize company-approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
β’ Employ closing techniques to advance sales to the next stage.
β’ Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers in a compliant manner.
β’ Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
β’ Report directly to a District Manager as a field-based Oncology Sales Specialist.
β’ A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
β’ A valid driver's license is essential.
β’ Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight stays and/or weekends.
β’ A minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
β’ Must reside in the geographical area or be willing to relocate.
β’ Specialty sales experience and familiarity with the Solid Tumor and Oncology market are preferred.
β’ Experience in hospital and large account sales is preferred.
β’ Background in managing complex reimbursement issues and Medicare Part D is preferred.
β’ Documented success in sales performance within a competitive environment is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and the application of new tools over time.
