This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +3 more states.
β’ Implement sales strategies by promoting existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
β’ Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of product clinical efficacy and communicate customer value propositions effectively.
β’ Provide clinical support and necessary information as required.
β’ Meet and exceed sales objectives.
β’ Perform business analysis and seek new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
β’ Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to develop account strategies.
β’ Identify key accounts and formulate penetration plans.
β’ Create customer-specific pre- and post-call strategies that include objectives, questions, and approved materials.
β’ Increase sales in the assigned territory by penetrating both new and existing accounts.
β’ Utilize approved marketing resources and tools, including computer-generated presentations.
β’ Apply closing techniques to advance sales to the next stage.
β’ Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers in a compliant manner.
β’ Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales targets.
β’ Report to the District Manager as a field-based Oncology Sales Specialist.
β’ A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
β’ Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed, including overnight trips and weekends.
β’ At least two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
β’ Must reside in the designated geography or be willing to relocate.
β’ Experience in specialty sales and a solid understanding of the Solid Tumor and Oncology market is preferred.
β’ Preference for candidates with experience in hospital and large account sales.
β’ Experience dealing with complex reimbursement issues and Medicare Part D is preferred.
β’ Proven track record of successful sales performance in a competitive setting is preferred.
β’ A demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and the application of new tools over time.
