This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Execute sales strategies by promoting existing and prospective oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of product clinical efficacy and convey customer value propositions effectively.
• Offer clinical support and relevant information as required.
• Meet sales targets consistently.
• Conduct business analysis and seek new opportunities within assigned accounts and call-plan guidelines.
• Formulate account strategies in collaboration with the District Manager and internal stakeholders.
• Identify key accounts and create tailored penetration plans.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes, and approved supporting materials.
• Expand sales in both new and existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Utilize company-sanctioned marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Apply closing techniques to advance sales processes.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers in a compliant manner.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales objectives.
• Report to a District Manager while serving as a field-based Oncology Sales Specialist.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required, including overnight and/or weekend trips.
• At least two (2) years of proven success in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Must reside in the geographical area or be willing to relocate.
• Preferred: Experience in specialty sales along with familiarity with the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
• Preferred: Background in hospital and large account sales.
• Preferred: Experience in managing complex reimbursement issues and knowledge of Medicare Part D.
• Preferred: Documented track record of successful sales performance in a competitive market.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and the application of new tools over time.
