
Executive Oncology Sales Representative – Head & Neck

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Promote existing and prospective oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of product clinical effectiveness and convey customer value propositions effectively.
• Provide clinical assistance and information as required.
• Meet sales targets consistently.
• Perform business analysis and seek new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal stakeholders to formulate account strategies.
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probing questions, and approved materials.
• Expand sales within both new and existing accounts in the designated territory.
• Leverage approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Apply closing techniques to advance sales to the next stage.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options in a compliant manner.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
• Report directly to a District Manager.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as needed, including overnight and/or weekend trips.
• At least two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military service.
• Must reside in the geographical area or be willing to relocate.
• Preferred: Experience in specialty sales and familiarity with the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
• Preferred: Background in hospital and large account sales, complex reimbursement challenges, Medicare Part D, and a proven history of successful sales performance in a competitive landscape.
• Proven dedication to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and the application of new tools over time.
