This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +1 more state.
β’ Execute sales strategies by marketing existing and prospective oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
β’ Exhibit an in-depth understanding of product clinical effectiveness and effectively communicate customer value propositions.
β’ Provide necessary clinical support and information as required.
β’ Meet and exceed sales targets.
β’ Perform business analysis and proactively seek new opportunities within assigned accounts.
β’ Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to formulate account strategies.
β’ Identify key accounts and create tailored plans for account engagement.
β’ Develop pre- and post-call strategies for customers, including objectives, questions, and approved supporting materials.
β’ Expand into new and existing accounts to boost sales in the designated territory.
β’ Utilize approved marketing resources and tools, including computer-generated presentations.
β’ Employ closing techniques to advance sales processes.
β’ Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers in compliance with regulations.
β’ Negotiate sales terms and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
β’ Report to a District Manager while functioning as a field-based Oncology Sales Specialist.
β’ A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
β’ Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed, including overnight and weekend trips.
β’ At least two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military service.
β’ Must reside in the specified geography or be willing to relocate.
β’ Preferred experience in specialty sales with a focus on the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
β’ Experience in hospital and large account sales, dealing with complex reimbursement issues, Medicare Part D, and a proven track record of successful sales performance in a competitive landscape is preferred.
β’ A demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and the application of new tools over time.
