
Executive Oncology Sales Representative – Head & Neck

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Promote existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Showcase product clinical efficacy, articulate customer value propositions, provide clinical support and information, and meet sales targets.
• Perform business analysis and seek new business opportunities within assigned accounts according to call-plan direction.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to formulate account strategies.
• Identify key accounts and create strategies for penetration.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, inquiries, and approved materials.
• Expand sales within both new and existing accounts in the assigned territory.
• Utilize approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Employ closing techniques to progress sales to the next step.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options in a compliant manner.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales targets.
• Report to a District Manager in a field-based capacity.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight stays and/or weekends.
• At least two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Must reside in the designated geography or be willing to relocate.
• Preferred: Experience in specialty sales and familiarity with the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
• Preferred: Background in hospital and large account sales, complex reimbursement issues, Medicare Part D, and a proven track record of successful sales performance in a competitive environment.
• Demonstrated dedication to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI.
• Preferred skills encompass clinical experience, effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, customer-centricity, customer retention, data analysis, partnership development, hematology, market knowledge, oncology, performance measurement, pharmaceutical industry insights, pharmaceutical sales marketing, problem-solving, product knowledge, relationship building, sales acumen, sales projections, sales trend analysis, and strategic sales planning.
