This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
β’ Implement sales strategies by marketing existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within authorized specialties and accounts.
β’ Showcase a solid understanding of the clinical efficacy of products and effectively communicate customer value propositions.
β’ Offer clinical support and relevant information as required.
β’ Meet and exceed sales targets.
β’ Conduct business analysis and seek new business opportunities within designated accounts.
β’ Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to create account strategies.
β’ Identify key accounts and formulate plans for account penetration.
β’ Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with set objectives, inquiries, and authorized supporting materials.
β’ Expand sales within both new and existing accounts in the assigned territory.
β’ Leverage company-approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
β’ Employ closing techniques to advance sales processes.
β’ Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers in a compliant manner.
β’ Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales targets.
β’ Report to a District Manager as a field-based Oncology Sales Specialist.
β’ A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
β’ Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed, including overnight stays and/or weekends.
β’ At least two (2) years of proven experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or a recent transition from Active Duty Military.
β’ Must reside in the specified geography or be willing to relocate.
β’ Experience in specialty sales and familiarity with the Solid Tumor and Oncology market is preferred.
β’ Preference for candidates with experience in hospital and large account sales.
β’ Experience managing complex reimbursement challenges and knowledge of Medicare Part D is preferred.
β’ Documented success in a competitive sales environment is preferred.
β’ A demonstrated commitment to understanding emerging technologies, such as AI, through ongoing exploration, iteration, and application of new tools is required.
