
Executive Oncology Sales Representative – Head & Neck

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Execute sales strategies by promoting existing and prospective oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of product clinical effectiveness and communicate customer value propositions effectively.
• Provide clinical assistance and information as required.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Perform business analysis and proactively seek new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to formulate account strategies.
• Identify key accounts and create plans for effective account penetration.
• Develop tailored pre- and post-call plans for customers, including objectives, probing questions, and approved materials.
• Expand sales in both new and existing accounts within the designated territory.
• Leverage company-approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Employ closing techniques to move sales opportunities forward.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers in a compliant manner.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
• Report to a District Manager as a field-based Oncology Sales Specialist.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight and/or weekend trips.
• At least two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or a recent transition from Active Duty Military.
• Residing in the Los Angeles North area or willing to relocate there.
• Preferred: Experience in specialty sales and familiarity with the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
• Preferred: Background in hospital and large account sales.
• Preferred: Experience managing complex reimbursement issues and knowledge of Medicare Part D.
• Preferred: Proven track record of successful sales performance in a competitive setting.
• Demonstrated dedication to learning about emerging technologies, including AI.
• Ability to obtain necessary working papers or documentation if under 18, with possible parental consent for background checks.
