
Executive Oncology Sales Representative – Head & Neck

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement sales strategies by promoting existing and potential new oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of the clinical effectiveness of products and convey customer value propositions effectively.
• Offer clinical assistance and information as required.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Perform business analysis and seek new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal teams to develop account strategies.
• Identify key accounts and create plans for market penetration.
• Formulate customer-specific pre- and post-call strategies with clear objectives, questions, and approved materials.
• Expand sales within new and existing accounts in the assigned territory.
• Leverage approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Employ closing techniques to progress sales to the next phase.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers in a compliant manner.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
• Report to a District Manager in the role of a field-based Oncology Sales Specialist.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend trips.
• At least two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or a recent transition from Active Duty Military.
• Must reside in the geography or be willing to relocate.
• Preferred: Experience in specialty sales with knowledge of the Solid Tumor and Oncology markets.
• Preferred: Experience in hospital and large account sales environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with complex reimbursement issues and Medicare Part D.
• Preferred: Demonstrated history of successful sales performance in competitive settings.
• Preferred: Commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and application of new tools over time.
