This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Execute sales strategies by marketing current and potential new oncology therapeutics within designated specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the clinical efficacy of products.
• Convey value propositions effectively to customers.
• Provide clinical support and information as required.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Perform business analysis and seek new opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal partners to create account strategies.
• Formulate customer-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, questions, and approved materials.
• Expand sales within both new and existing accounts in the assigned territory.
• Leverage company-approved marketing tools and resources, including computer-generated presentations.
• Apply closing techniques to advance sales to the next stage.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers in a compliant manner.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
• Report directly to a District Manager.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed, including overnight and/or weekend trips.
• At least two (2) years of proven experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Must reside in the geography or be willing to relocate.
• Experience in specialty sales with a solid understanding of the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
• Background in hospital and large account sales.
• Experience addressing complex reimbursement issues and Medicare Part D.
• Documented success in sales performance within a competitive landscape.
• Proven commitment to learning about emerging technologies, including AI.
• Completion of country-specific checks is mandatory prior to starting the role.
