This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide support to clients in the Bay Area - Central Coast region.
• Market existing and potential new oncology therapeutics across approved specialties and accounts.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of the product's clinical effectiveness and effectively communicate customer value propositions.
• Offer clinical assistance and information as required.
• Meet sales targets and objectives.
• Perform business analysis and seek new opportunities within designated accounts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and internal stakeholders to formulate account strategies.
• Identify key accounts and create plans for market penetration.
• Design customer-specific pre- and post-call plans, including objectives, inquiries, and authorized materials.
• Expand sales within both new and existing accounts in the assigned territory.
• Leverage authorized marketing tools and resources, such as computer-generated presentations.
• Employ closing techniques to progress sales to the next phase.
• Compliantly discuss access and reimbursement options with clients.
• Negotiate sales and finalize orders to achieve sales goals.
• Report directly to a District Manager.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed, including overnight trips and/or weekends.
• At least two (2) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales, or a recent transition from Active Duty Military.
• Must reside in the designated area or be willing to relocate there.
• Preference for candidates with specialty sales experience and familiarity with the Solid Tumor and Oncology market.
• Experience in hospital and large account sales, managing complex reimbursement matters, Medicare Part D, and a proven record of successful sales performance in a competitive setting is preferred.
• A demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and application of new tools over time.
