This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main CXPO partner for Marketing Strategy, translating business goals, brand vision, customer insights, and behavioral objectives into cohesive HCP and patient experiences.
• Formulate a perspective on HCP and patient experiences by identifying behavioral obstacles, opportunities, and experience deficiencies.
• Spearhead integrated experience planning throughout the complete customer journey.
• Oversee the creation, activation, evaluation, and ongoing enhancement of Integrated Experience Plans in accordance with IMPact planning standards.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in experience strategy, content, channels, capabilities, and execution across both digital and physical touchpoints.
• Examine brand and customer dynamics, synthesizing insights, behavioral data, and performance metrics.
• Create human-centered experiences while applying behavioral science to enhance patient and business outcomes.
• Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with Insights and Analytics on research and experimentation initiatives.
• Establish experience requirements, content priorities, channel responsibilities, and measurement necessities.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate Integrated Experience Planning talent, including fostering practical AI application across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Over 15 years of experience in marketing strategy, customer experience, integrated planning, or related areas.
• Proven expertise in experience design, behavioral strategy, integrated planning, channel orchestration, and performance measurement.
• Track record of converting business and brand strategies into actionable and measurable HCP and patient experience plans.
• Experience leveraging customer insights, behavioral data, analytics, and experimentation to inform decisions and enhance performance.
• Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing complex cross-functional and agency relationships.
• Background in standardizing planning processes, increasing marketing efficacy, and driving organizational change.
• Strong commercial insight, analytical acumen, digital and AI proficiency, with the ability to simplify complex strategies and navigate ambiguity in decision-making.
• Experience in attracting, coaching, and developing high-performing talent.
• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries.
• Master of Science and/or MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
