
Executive Director, Head of Agentic Factory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the vision, strategy, and execution of the enterprise Agentic Factory.
• Conceptualize, develop, implement, and expand AI agents and autonomous workflows that transform commercial operations.
• Create and enhance reusable AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and standards for agent development.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business leaders to pinpoint and deliver high-impact agentic AI use cases.
• Establish engineering best practices for LLMs, agent orchestration, evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
• Promote the adoption of reusable tools, accelerators, and reference architectures.
• Guide and nurture a high-performing team of AI engineers, platform engineers, and solution architects.
• Evaluate and continuously enhance the performance, reliability, and business value of deployed AI agents.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in leading AI engineering, platform engineering, software engineering, or enterprise technology organizations.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary technical teams or managers.
• Proven experience in scaling AI or data platforms within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or other regulated enterprises.
• Demonstrated success in scaling generative AI, agentic AI, ML, automation, or platform products from experimentation to production, achieving measurable adoption, reliability, and business value.
• Strong technical expertise across LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, vector/graph databases, APIs, cloud platforms, MLOps/LLMOps, DevSecOps, observability, evaluation, access controls, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proven ability to develop reusable engineering standards, reference architectures, accelerators, and models for developer enablement.
• Experience in managing portfolio prioritization, operating rhythms, technical debt, budget/resource trade-offs, vendor/partner orchestration, and risk governance.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and influence across Product, Engineering, Architecture, DDIT, security, legal/privacy, compliance, and business leadership.
