This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Drive expansion and establish new health system partnerships through digital pathology, AI-driven diagnostics, innovative pathology services, and associated healthcare solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Digital Pathology Steering Committee, to commercialize and broaden digital pathology offerings.
• Create and implement strategic business development, sales, and market expansion plans for health systems and pathology groups.
• Build and nurture relationships at the executive level across health systems, hospitals, and pathology organizations.
• Identify, negotiate, and finalize intricate partnership agreements while enhancing long-term strategic relationships.
• Utilize market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to refine strategies and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Employ data and analytics to predict performance, enhance account strategies, and drive business outcomes.
• Apply knowledge in hospital laboratory operations, pathology services, healthcare technology platforms, and health system decision-making processes.
• Provide consultative, value-driven solutions through active listening, strategic problem-solving, and customer-oriented communication.
• Lead virtual and face-to-face engagements that expedite decision-making and achieve business objectives.
• Function effectively within a matrixed organization while promoting collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and accountability.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• A minimum of 10 years of executive-level sales experience.
• Established track record in healthcare sales.
• Proficient in CRM platforms.
• Strong executive presence, communication skills, and self-awareness.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication abilities.
• Competent in digital communication and social media.
• Strong research, planning, and organizational skills.
• Capable of delivering professional presentations to senior audiences.
• Possess business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficient in networking, prospect qualification, and incremental closing techniques.
• Strong skills in follow-up, negotiation, and customer-centric decision-making.
• Results-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.
• Ability to prioritize competing interests to maximize impact.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel overnight as required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of executive-level sales experience within the laboratory or healthcare industry preferred.
