Executive Business Scaling Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one guidance to 40 founders during monthly scaling cycles.

• Assist clients in navigating the Scaling Framework with clarity, focus, and discipline.

• Establish rapid, enduring trust through candid communication and high-performance discussions.

• Offer strategic insights and maintain firm accountability to foster momentum and achieve results.

• Monitor progress, eliminate bottlenecks, and identify opportunities for acceleration.

• Participate in the enhancement of strategist systems and member experiences.

• Deliver exceptional hospitality during every interaction and communication.

• Utilize the proprietary Scaling Framework and research with ambitious entrepreneurs.

• Aid clients in rethinking their leadership, decision-making, and scaling strategies through structure, systems, behavioral psychology, and consistent execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in building or scaling a business personally; entrepreneurial experience is essential.

• Background in high-level coaching and/or consulting.

• Exceptional communication skills and a commanding presence.

• Ability to quickly establish deep trust and lead with clarity and conviction.

• Capacity to simplify intricate strategies and communicate effectively with serious operators.

• Results-driven, rhythm-oriented, and focused on execution.

• Willingness to master and utilize Scaling.com’s proprietary framework instead of promoting personal methodologies.

• High emotional intelligence, strong discipline, and an action-oriented mindset.

• Full-time, exclusive commitment; no engagement in outside coaching, consulting, or side ventures.

• Successful completion of a 90-day training and probationary period.
