This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and implement the organic social calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, aligning themes with blog, email, and Growth Team strategies.
• Develop, script, brief, film, and edit short-form videos and static content tailored for each platform.
• Enhance reach and engagement through compelling hooks, relevant trends, regular posting schedules, and optimization for TikTok and YouTube searches.
• Create social media reports in Sprout Social and monitor metrics such as referral traffic, link clicks, reach, saves, shares, follower growth, watch time, and profile visits.
• Transform performance insights into actionable content recommendations.
• Manage Tia’s link-in-bio experience, ensuring proper UTM tagging and prioritization of landing pages.
• Address comments and direct messages via Meta Business Suite and TikTok, adhering to approved guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure prompt replies and escalate account-specific issues or formal complaints as necessary.
• Keep track of brand mentions, sentiment, competitor content, and audience discussions across social media platforms and forums.
• Relay recurring inquiries, objections, and emerging trends to the Growth Team.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience managing organic social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Demonstrated examples of content creation and results-driven outcomes, such as audience growth, engagement, or website traffic.
• Practical experience in scripting, filming, editing short-form videos, and composing social media copy.
• Familiarity with Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and UTM tagging.
• Experience in moderating online communities and utilizing audience feedback or performance metrics to inform content strategies.
• Availability to start with approximately 10 hours per week and gradually increase to 15–20 hours per week.
• Previous experience with social communication protocols and escalation procedures in healthcare, wellness, fintech, or another regulated sector is a plus.
• Experience in using social listening tools to identify audience inquiries and emerging content formats is also advantageous.
