This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategy, design, and comprehensive execution of Agility’s global event presence.
• Take charge of planning and implementing significant conferences in robotics, manufacturing, logistics, and technology.
• Manage vendors, booth design and construction, shipping logistics, and on-site operations.
• Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and staffing schedules for events.
• Monitor event ROI and deliver post-event reports along with actionable insights.
• Create and maintain the master events calendar while managing multi-event budgets.
• Strategize and execute product launch events.
• Coordinate live robot demonstrations, including technical logistics, safety protocols, and demonstration scripts.
• Develop demo environments and experiential activations that convey Agility’s technology and mission.
• Ensure event messaging aligns with launch campaigns in collaboration with PR, communications, and branding teams.
• Manage invite lists, VIP experiences, press access, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Assist executives and thought leaders during speaking engagements and panel discussions.
• Align event strategy with sales pipeline objectives and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent, on-brand presentation at all events.
• Brief internal teams and executives on event logistics, key talking points, and objectives.
• Identify and assess event opportunities that align with the company’s growth aspirations.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in event management, preferably within B2B tech, robotics, advanced manufacturing, or startup environments.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale trade shows and corporate events from inception to completion.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple events under tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and budget management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with event management platforms and marketing tools such as Cvent and HubSpot.
• A creative approach to brand storytelling and experiential marketing.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and ambiguous work environment.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.
• Bonus: experience in robotics, automation, logistics technology, or deep tech sectors.
