This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Execute contracts related to event sponsorship and obtain necessary signatures.
• Confirm deliverables, deadlines, and logistical requirements for events.
• Collaborate with the design team to define booth footprint and visual/design strategy.
• Oversee the printing and production of collateral, signage, and branded materials.
• Procure booth components, such as banners, monitors, and rotating content displays.
• Set up and manage systems for lead retrieval.
• Handle additions and deletions to the attendee list prior to registration deadlines.
• Organize pre-event meetings and block calendar time.
• Equip sales teams with talking points, collateral, and briefing materials.
• Confirm staffing assignments for the booth and ensure team preparedness.
• Share event information with marketing for social media promotion and website highlights.
• Verify on-site materials, signage, and booth arrangement.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact between sales and marketing.
• Capture and record leads, tracking interactions with attendees.
• Coordinate post-event debrief meetings.
• Archive performance data and insights from events for future planning.
• 2–5 years of experience in event coordination, trade show management, or field marketing.
• Proven experience managing the entire event lifecycle from contract execution to post-event analysis.
• Strong project management abilities and capability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Experience with contract management and vendor coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail in contracts, attendee lists, and booth specifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively across sales, marketing, and design teams.
• Proactive in written and verbal communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with lead-retrieval and event technology platforms.
• Basic skills in reporting and data analysis for post-event evaluation.
• B2B event or trade show experience is preferred.
• Experience in coordinating events across various industries or sectors is a plus.
• Understanding of booth design and production processes is advantageous.
• Comfort with working in distributed teams across different time zones is beneficial.
• Required English proficiency level: B2, B2+, or C1.
