Events Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and manage events and institutional initiatives focused on students.

• Ensure events are executed in accordance with the established plan, timelines, and institutional standards.

• Coordinate logistical operations, including suppliers, resources, schedules, and the necessary infrastructure for events.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality results.

• Facilitate the creation of positive experiences and relationship-building opportunities for students.

• Oversee the implementation of initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring participant satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Event Management, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Prior experience in organizing and producing events.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Capability to engage with diverse audiences and handle multiple demands simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal skills when collaborating with suppliers and partner teams.

• Availability to work during evening events, at off-site locations, and occasionally on weekends.

• Proactive, organized, and dynamic individual with a strong emphasis on audience experience.

• Willingness to travel.

• Higher education degree.
