Event, Webinar & Podcast Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling and remote logistics for chiropractic conferences and trade shows in the U.S.

• Organize, execute, and host a recurring series of webinars.

• Take full ownership of the podcast, from guest recruitment to publication.

• Manage paid social media campaigns aimed at increasing registrations and expanding podcast reach.

• Log, clean, and process every lead in the CRM within a 48-hour timeframe.

• Ensure strict adherence to data hygiene protocols.

• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, lead handling, and reporting processes.

• Enhance ClinicMind’s brand authority while generating qualified leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing B2B events or webinar initiatives.

• Proficient in English with a near-native fluency and comfort in hosting on-air.

• Background in marketing to U.S. audiences; experience in chiropractic or healthcare is advantageous.

• Direct experience in paid social advertising with demonstrable results.

• Familiarity with podcast production tools such as Riverside, Descript, or similar platforms.

• Daily engagement with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.

• A quiet home studio equipped with professional audio and video capabilities.

• Reliable backup internet and power supply.

• Must be available during U.S. Eastern business hours.

• Submission of a resume along with one example of an event, webinar, or podcast produced, showcasing results.
