Event, Webinar & Podcast Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling and remote logistics for chiropractic conferences and trade shows in the U.S.

• Organize, produce, and facilitate a regular series of webinars.

• Take full responsibility for the podcast, from guest booking to its release.

• Implement paid social media campaigns to boost registrations and enhance podcast growth.

• Record, clean, and route each lead in the CRM within 48 hours.

• Uphold strict data hygiene practices.

• Leverage AI tools to automate content creation, lead processing, and reporting tasks.

• Establish brand authority and attract qualified leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing B2B events or webinar programs.

• Proficient in English with strong comfort as an on-air host.

• Proven experience in marketing to U.S. audiences; background in chiropractic or healthcare is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with paid social advertising that demonstrates measurable outcomes.

• Familiarity with podcast production tools (e.g., Riverside, Descript, or equivalent).

• Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.

• Access to a quiet home studio equipped with professional audio and video capabilities.

• Reliable backup internet and power source.

• Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.

• Submission of a resume along with one example of an event, webinar, or podcast produced, highlighting results.
