Event, Webinar & Podcast Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling and remote arrangements for chiropractic conferences and trade shows in the U.S.

• Organize, produce, and facilitate a regular series of webinars.

• Take full responsibility for the podcast, from securing guests to the final publication.

• Execute paid social media campaigns aimed at increasing registrations and enhancing podcast visibility.

• Record, clean, and assign every lead in the CRM within a 48-hour timeframe.

• Ensure strict adherence to data hygiene standards.

• Leverage AI tools for automating content creation, lead processing, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing B2B events or webinar initiatives.

• Proficient in English with near-native fluency and confidence as an on-air presenter.

• Familiarity with marketing strategies targeting U.S. audiences; experience in chiropractic or healthcare is advantageous.

• Practical experience in paid social advertising with demonstrable outcomes.

• Background in podcast production (using tools like Riverside, Descript, or equivalent).

• Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.

• A quiet home studio equipped with professional-grade audio and video capabilities.

• Reliable backup solutions for internet and power.

• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern business hours.

• Submission of resume along with one example of an event, webinar, or podcast produced, demonstrating results.
