Event, Webinar & Podcast Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling and remote arrangements for chiropractic conferences and trade exhibitions across the U.S.

• Organize, produce, and facilitate a series of recurring webinars.

• Take full ownership of the podcast, from guest scheduling to final publication.

• Execute paid social media campaigns aimed at increasing registrations and enhancing podcast growth.

• Record, organize, and assign every lead in the CRM within 48 hours.

• Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation, lead management, and reporting.

• Establish brand authority and attract qualified leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in managing B2B events or webinar initiatives.

• Fluent in English, with near-native proficiency and confidence as an on-air presenter.

• Background in marketing to U.S. audiences; experience in chiropractic or healthcare is advantageous.

• Proven experience with hands-on paid social advertising yielding measurable outcomes.

• Familiarity with podcast production tools (Riverside, Descript, or similar).

• Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.

• A quiet home studio environment.

• Professional-grade audio and video equipment.

• Backup internet and power solutions.

• Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.

• Submission of a resume along with one example of an event, webinar, or podcast produced, including measurable results.
