Event, Webinar & Podcast Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling and remote logistics for chiropractic conferences and trade shows across the U.S.

• Organize, execute, and host a regular series of webinars.

• Take full responsibility for the podcast, from securing guests to the final publication.

• Execute paid social media campaigns aimed at increasing registrations and fostering podcast growth.

• Record, clean, and direct every lead into the CRM within 48 hours.

• Uphold strict data hygiene standards.

• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, lead processing, and reporting.

• Establish brand authority and attract qualified leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing B2B events or webinar initiatives.

• Fluent, near-native English proficiency and comfort as an on-air personality.

• Experience in marketing to U.S. audiences; familiarity with chiropractic or healthcare is advantageous.

• Proven track record in hands-on paid social advertising with measurable outcomes.

• Experience in podcast production using tools like Riverside, Descript, or similar platforms.

• Daily utilization of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.

• A quiet home studio equipped with professional-grade audio and video setup.

• Reliable backup internet and power sources.

• Availability during business hours in the U.S. Eastern time zone.

• A resume along with one example of an event, webinar, or podcast that you have produced, including outcomes.
