Event, Webinar & Podcast Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling and remote logistics for chiropractic conferences and trade shows in the U.S.

• Organize, execute, and host a recurring series of webinars.

• Take full responsibility for the podcast, from guest booking to publication.

• Execute paid social media campaigns aimed at increasing registrations and expanding podcast audience.

• Record, organize, and manage every lead in the CRM within a 48-hour timeframe.

• Ensure strict adherence to data hygiene protocols.

• Leverage AI tools for automating content creation, lead management, and reporting tasks.

• Enhance ClinicMind’s brand authority and attract qualified leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in managing B2B events or webinar initiatives.

• Proficient in English at a near-native level.

• Comfortable serving as an on-air host.

• Background in marketing to U.S. audiences; experience in chiropractic or healthcare is advantageous.

• Proven hands-on experience with paid social advertising that yields measurable outcomes.

• Familiarity with podcast production tools such as Riverside, Descript, or similar platforms.

• Daily use of AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.

• Access to a quiet home studio.

• Possession of professional audio and video equipment.

• Reliable backup internet and power sources.

• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern business hours.

• Resume along with one example of an event, webinar, or podcast produced, showcasing results.
