Event, Webinar & Podcast Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling and virtual logistics for chiropractic conferences and trade shows across the U.S.

• Organize, create, and facilitate a regular series of webinars.

• Take full ownership of the podcast from the booking of guests to the final publication.

• Execute paid social media campaigns aimed at boosting registrations and enhancing podcast visibility.

• Record, organize, and direct all leads into the CRM within a 48-hour timeframe.

• Uphold stringent data integrity standards.

• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, lead management, and reporting processes.

• Enhance brand credibility and cultivate qualified leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing B2B events or webinar programs.

• Proficient in English, with a near-native fluency and confidence as an on-air presenter.

• Background in marketing to U.S. audiences; experience in chiropractic or healthcare sectors is a plus.

• Practical experience in running paid social advertising campaigns with tangible outcomes.

• Familiarity with podcast production tools (Riverside, Descript, or similar).

• Regular usage of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.

• Access to a quiet home studio setting.

• Ownership of professional audio and video equipment.

• Reliable backup internet and power supply.

• Availability during business hours in the U.S. Eastern time zone.

• Submission of a resume along with one example of an event, webinar, or podcast produced, showcasing results.
