Event, Webinar & Podcast Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling and remote arrangements for chiropractic conferences and trade shows in the U.S.

• Organize, produce, and facilitate a regular series of webinars.

• Take full responsibility for the podcast, from guest arrangements to publication.

• Execute paid social media campaigns aimed at increasing registrations and enhancing podcast visibility.

• Record, organize, and assign every lead in the CRM within 48 hours.

• Ensure strict adherence to data hygiene standards.

• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, lead management, and reporting processes.

• Enhance ClinicMind’s brand authority while generating qualified leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing B2B events or webinar initiatives.

• Proficient, near-native English speaker.

• Comfortable in the role of an on-air host.

• Proven experience in marketing to U.S. audiences.

• Background in chiropractic or healthcare is advantageous.

• Hands-on experience with paid social advertising that yields measurable outcomes.

• Familiarity with podcast production using tools like Riverside, Descript, or similar platforms.

• Daily engagement with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.

• Access to a quiet home studio.

• Possession of professional audio and video equipment.

• Backup internet and power solutions in place.

• Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.

• Submission of a resume along with one example of a produced event, webinar, or podcast, including outcomes.
