Event, Webinar & Podcast Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scheduling and remote logistics for chiropractic conferences and trade shows in the U.S.

• Organize, produce, and facilitate a series of recurring webinars.

• Take full responsibility for the podcast, from guest coordination to publication.

• Execute paid social media campaigns aimed at boosting registrations and podcast growth.

• Document, sanitize, and distribute every lead in the CRM within 48 hours.

• Uphold stringent data hygiene standards.

• Leverage AI tools to automate content creation, lead management, and reporting tasks.

• Enhance ClinicMind’s brand authority and attract qualified leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in managing B2B events or webinar programs.

• Proficient in English with a near-native fluency and comfortable as an on-air host.

• Background in marketing to U.S. audiences; experience in chiropractic or healthcare is advantageous.

• Practical experience in paid social advertising with demonstrable results.

• Experience in podcast production using tools like Riverside, Descript, or similar platforms.

• Regular use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript.

• A quiet home studio equipped with professional audio and video capabilities.

• Reliable backup internet and power sources.

• Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.

• A resume along with one example of an event, webinar, or podcast produced, highlighting results achieved.
