This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional personalized travel assistance to travelers throughout their journey, including pre-trip, during the trip, and post-trip support.
• Help manage cancellations, modifications, and updates for hotel, flight, car, and rail reservations.
• Offer precise and comprehensive fare details for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings.
• Collaborate closely with client representatives to comprehend and fulfill program goals and outcomes.
• Identify critical success factors for client projects.
• Maintain project documentation to ensure compliance with contract and documentation policies.
• Resolve traveler inquiries by troubleshooting issues using agent tools.
• Oversee program planning from the post-sale phase to final billing.
• Engage in team meetings that discuss product launches, industry news, and team initiatives.
• Enhance knowledge of the travel industry and platform.
• Provide support to the Team Lead.
• Cultivate relationships across Navan and offer expertise in Event Travel to assist in achieving client objectives.
• Optimize Event Travel revenue while ensuring clients receive a return on their investment.
• Preferred experience of one to three years in Group Travel planning.
• Required professional oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Navan TravelXen is preferred, along with a solid understanding of travel bookings.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suites, with a technical aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Experience in client-facing video calls for setup and project management is necessary.
• Knowledge of internal communication tools, such as Slack.
• Ability to multitask with a strong desire to address urgent matters swiftly and efficiently.
• An empathetic nature with the capability to consistently maintain a professional demeanor.
• Experience and capacity to adapt and excel in a rapidly growing environment.
• Preferred experience of 4+ years with GDS, including Sabre for PNR building and ticketing; Amadeus and NDC knowledge is also beneficial.
• An independent thinker capable of utilizing available resources to troubleshoot issues and address customer inquiries.
• Proven history of developing and sustaining key client and Account Manager/Account Executive relationships.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills and a positive record of customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Reliable and adaptable, with a willingness to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• A passion for travel with a fundamental understanding of world geography.
