📋 Description

• Deliver content from the approved curriculum in line with a designated schedule.

• Support students in reaching course goals and learning outcomes.

• Offer consistent and prompt feedback to students.

• Engage in school retention efforts by maintaining effective communication with students and assisting those who are absent.

• Counsel students on academic matters, attendance, and behavior.

• Inspire students to take an active role in their educational journey.

• Track and report student grades and attendance in accordance with university regulations.

• Uphold university standards regarding course activities, emails, grading, and interactions with the Instructional Mentor and students.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Terminal or Master's degree in Fashion, Apparel, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Merchandising, Business, International Business, Business Administration, Marketing and Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising & Management, Fashion Management, Fashion Marketing & Communication, Fashion & Apparel Merchandising, Brand Management, Management & Leadership, Fashion Buying, Fashion Promotion, Advertising, or Retailing.

• Candidates must exhibit a personal faith commitment to the university’s evangelical Christian mission.

• Complete alignment with the evangelical mission and doctrine of Liberty University.

• Knowledge and application of collaborative learning strategies and student-centered instructional methods.

• Demonstrated organizational abilities and the capacity to complete tasks promptly and accurately with minimal oversight.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students across a diverse skill set.

• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

• Proven experience or potential in teaching at the college level.
