Event Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, customer gatherings, and branded experiences.

• Coordinate attendee registration, tracking, venue requirements, presentation support, event materials, and follow-up after events.

• Support vendors with exhibit setup, shipping, equipment, catering, and on-site operations.

• Manage event timelines, checklists, and project plans to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

• Collaborate with teams from Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Operations.

• Aid in creating event-related communications and materials.

• Provide on-site setup, address issues, and coordinate with partners and vendors.

• Monitor event performance metrics, gather attendee feedback, and conduct post-event evaluations.

• Research and assess event locations, venues, and service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in event marketing, coordination, field marketing, or similar roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related area.

• Experience in supporting trade shows, conferences, or corporate events is preferred.

• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with event registration tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office or comparable business applications.

• Willingness to travel and provide on-site event assistance as needed.

• United States work authorization will be addressed in the application form.
