This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete email strategy and execution for the Global Summit and Technology Exchange, overseeing more than 40 emails per event throughout the attendee lifecycle.

• Implement targeted campaigns and automated journeys to engage both prospective and returning attendees, nurture leads, facilitate registration, and enhance conversions.

• Craft audience-centric copy and improve campaign performance through testing, analysis, and measurement of engagement and growth metrics.

• Foster list growth via event landing pages, gated content, and registration pathways.

• Coordinate event promotion across industry publications, digital channels, and owned platforms.

• Create promotional assets such as attendee testimonials, case studies, speaker highlights, short-form videos, community spotlights, and event recaps.

• Ensure alignment of event marketing campaigns with broader organizational marketing and communication strategies.

• Collaborate with Convening, Digital Experience, Strategic Communications, and other stakeholders on integrated campaigns.

• Synchronize email cadence and messaging with calls for proposals, registration milestones, submission deadlines, program announcements, surveys, and post-event communications.

• Work in conjunction with Digital Marketing, Web Experience, Creative, Content Marketing, and Partnership Marketing teams on messaging, timing, targeting, and measurement.

• Coordinate with internal advocates, sponsors, and community partners to amplify campaign messages.

• Oversee campaign review, approval, and quality assurance processes.

• Guarantee that communications are accurate, compliant, personalized, functional, and delivered on time.

• Gain expertise in the event mobile app platform and utilize in-app messaging, push notifications, and on-site engagement opportunities.

• Provide marketing support for additional community convening opportunities as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in event or integrated marketing.

• Strong emphasis on copywriting, audience segmentation, multi-channel campaign execution, and measurable engagement outcomes.

• Familiarity with Pardot or a similar marketing automation platform.

• Experience in managing large email databases, developing audience segments, and executing high-volume campaigns across multiple audiences simultaneously.

• Proven capability to produce clear, persuasive, audience-focused content that enhances engagement and conversion rates.

• History of coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across digital advertising, social media, and other channels.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert campaign data into actionable insights.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% per year within the United States.

• Cover letter required, outlining directly relevant experience.

• Preferred: experience in developing persona-based content strategies and audience-focused messaging for diverse audiences.

• Preferred: experience in creating event marketing assets, including testimonials, case studies, peer endorsements, and short-form video content.

• Preferred: familiarity with Stripo or similar email design tools, event apps, in-app messaging, and push notifications.

• Preferred: understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL regulations.

• Preferred: a portfolio showcasing successful event, conference, or multi-channel marketing campaigns.
