This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the strategy for large-scale and regional conferences and events in the education sector, including marketing webinars, the MTSS Summit, and other sales-hosted events.
• Oversee the complete event process, from the strategic selection of conferences to the execution on-site.
• Collaborate on developing content and lead-generation initiatives to boost event participation.
• Monitor and evaluate data to assess the impact of events.
• Organize and refine 15–20 events each quarter in collaboration with the sales team.
• Research, assess, and suggest conferences and events that provide maximum ROI.
• Manage event scheduling, logistics, deadlines, proposal submissions, venue and vendor coordination, conference registrations, promotions, and follow-ups.
• Work closely with sales, customer success, leadership, partnerships, and learning sciences to ensure outstanding customer and prospect experiences.
• Design and manage web pages, invitations, lead-nurturing emails and automation, lists, segmentation, print materials, and promotional items.
• Assist with webinars and the MTSS Summit to enhance brand visibility, user experience, and lead generation.
• Monitor and manage leads generated from events and keep an updated event calendar.
• Report directly to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager.
• Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale conferences and events within the education industry, along with familiarity with the K-12 education landscape, including significant conferences, trends, and audiences.
• A minimum of 4 years experience with a successful track record in planning and promoting B2B events.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong background in using CRM systems and marketing tools to oversee and assess event activities, track leads, and evaluate ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Experience with virtual event platforms such as Zoom, Cvent, or Hopin.
• Capability to thrive in a team setting and work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, as well as independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe.
