This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

β€’ Plan and implement recurring events for both internal and external groups within Ensemble Performing Arts.

β€’ Develop and manage a multi-day Music School Owners Conference, which includes venue sourcing, contract negotiations, room block arrangements, budget/P&L management, agenda creation, session planning, registration, attendee data management, acquisition campaigns, vendor coordination, run of show, on-site execution, post-event surveys, financial closure, and playbook documentation.

β€’ Oversee all aspects of the all-company offsite, including venue selection, travel and lodging arrangements, budget management, vendor coordination, meal planning, transportation, evening programming, materials preparation, and gathering post-event feedback.

β€’ Manage the M&A/CDM webinar demand-generation schedule, including platform management, registration processes, reminder sequences, HubSpot integration, speaker preparation, dry runs, live production, follow-up, and reporting through screenings.

β€’ Organize department offsites and internal meetings by utilizing repeatable playbooks, handling logistics, budget management, vendor relationships, and template creation.

β€’ Collaborate with school leadership, ELT, Opus stakeholders, marketing teams, CDM, and live production teams.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Must be available to attend the Ensemble Off-Site from October 19–21, 2026.

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related experience in event planning.

β€’ Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, rapidly expanding environment.

β€’ Experienced, organized, and energetic event manager.

β€’ Capable of planning and executing recurring events for both internal and external groups.

β€’ Proficient in researching and utilizing event platforms and vendors.

β€’ Skilled in managing events from initial planning to execution as the primary point of contact.

β€’ Able to represent the event planning function to senior leadership and School Leaders.
