
Event & Field Marketing Manager – East / Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement field marketing initiatives that align with regional sales objectives, target accounts, and pipeline ambitions.
• Establish program KPIs, monitor sourced and influenced pipeline, assess conversion and ROI, and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Sales team before, during, and after programs to focus on account targeting, attendance, meetings, follow-up, and opportunity enhancement.
• Oversee 8–10+ programs each quarter, including tradeshows, executive dinners, roadshows, customer events, regional activations, and partner gatherings.
• Handle strategy formulation, budget management, vendor relations, contract negotiations, promotion strategies, attendee experience, onsite execution, and post-event analysis.
• Assess program effectiveness, predict expenditure, recognize trade-offs, and reallocate investments toward programs that yield the greatest business impact.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Digital, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to enhance attendance and engagement among target accounts.
• Create unique experiences for both customers and prospects.
• Develop scalable processes and workflows for field marketing.
• Work alongside Cresta executives and Sales leaders to refine messaging, prepare speakers, enhance executive experiences, and boost customer engagement.
• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, event marketing, or integrated campaign management.
• Proven track record of managing field programs from conception to execution and measurement.
• Capable of overseeing 8–10+ simultaneous programs each quarter in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong grasp of pipeline dynamics, revenue attribution, conversion metrics, and event ROI.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with Sales on account targeting, program strategy, and follow-up efforts.
• Experience in managing program budgets, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and prioritizing competing demands.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, executives, agencies, and external partners.
• Currently located in the Eastern or Central U.S., with a strong preference for the East Coast.
• Willing and able to travel approximately 20–30% of the time.
• Background in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or startup environment.
• Familiarity with AI, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related enterprise technology.
• Experience supporting enterprise or strategic Sales teams.
• Knowledge of ABM/account-based field marketing initiatives.
• Previous experience in Sales/SDR or a strong understanding of enterprise Sales processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and field marketing/event tools such as Mobly.
