This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the main contact for event-related creative requests within Tether.
• Define deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue/vendor limitations, and branding requirements.
• Identify conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnaround times, and missing details; suggest feasible plans.
• Provide designers with comprehensive specifications and manage multiple event workflows simultaneously.
• Monitor ongoing requests and identify bottlenecks before they impact event schedules.
• Evaluate designer outputs for brand alignment, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed/trim/safe zones, file types, and platform standards.
• Detect production issues such as typographical errors, incorrect dimensions, low-resolution exports, broken links, and outdated logos.
• Develop and enhance a scalable quality assurance checklist and process.
• Organize and document event assets, briefs, final outputs, vendor information, production specifications, and lessons learned.
• Anticipate vendor lead times, print schedules, scope alterations, and shipping delays; create contingency strategies.
• Collaborate with vendors and print/production partners.
• Provide proactive updates on status to stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between business requesters and the design team.
• Continuously enhance the intake and review process.
• Over 5 years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a significant focus on events.
• Demonstrated experience in managing print and digital production workflows.
• Understanding of dielines, safe areas, RGB, and print production standards.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling simultaneous cross-functional requests and competing deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Experience in reviewing creative work and providing constructive feedback to designers.
• Proactive, risk-aware approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Monday, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of design review tools like Figma.
• Experience in establishing shared drive structures or asset libraries.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Spanish; Italian is an advantage.
