Event Design Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the intake, production, and quality control of creative requests related to events across Tether.

• Define deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue/vendor limitations, and brand standards.

• Recognize conflicting timelines, impractical turnaround times, and missing information, then suggest feasible solutions.

• Provide designers with comprehensive specifications and manage multiple event workflows simultaneously.

• Monitor request progress and proactively identify bottlenecks.

• Evaluate print and digital outputs for brand alignment, content accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed, trim, safe zones, file types, and platform requirements.

• Sustain a scalable quality assurance checklist and procedure.

• Catalog and organize event assets, briefs, deliverables, vendor information, production specifications, and lessons learned.

• Anticipate vendor lead times, print production schedules, scope modifications, and shipping delays.

• Incorporate buffers and contingency strategies into project timelines.

• Collaborate with vendors and print/production partners to verify specifications and delivery timelines.

• Deliver proactive status updates to stakeholders across requesting teams and design.

• Serve as a liaison between business requesters and the design team.

• Continuously enhance intake and review processes based on event results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong emphasis on events.

• Demonstrated experience managing print and digital production workflows.

• Understanding of dielines, safe areas, RGB, and print production standards.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proven capability to manage multiple concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Experience in reviewing and providing actionable feedback on creative outputs from designers.

• Proactive and risk-aware mindset.

• Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency.

• Familiarity with project management platforms like Asana, Monday, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of design review tools such as Figma.

• Experience establishing shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.

• Fluent in English.

• Spanish fluency is explicitly required; Italian is an additional asset.
