This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Act as the main contact for all event-related creative requests within Tether.
• Define deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue/vendor limitations, and brand guidelines.
• Identify conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, and missing information, and suggest viable plans.
• Provide designers with comprehensive specifications and oversee multiple event workflows simultaneously.
• Monitor ongoing requests and highlight bottlenecks before they impact event schedules.
• Evaluate designer outputs for brand alignment, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform requirements.
• Identify typographical errors, incorrect sizing, low-resolution files, broken links, and outdated logos.
• Develop and maintain a scalable quality assurance checklist and procedure.
• Organize and document event materials, briefs, final outputs, vendor information, production specifications, and lessons learned.
• Anticipate vendor lead times, print production schedules, scope alterations, and shipping delays; create contingency plans.
• Collaborate with vendors and print/production partners regarding specifications and delivery timelines.
• Offer proactive status updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between business requesters and the design team.
• Continuously enhance intake and review processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a significant focus on events.
• Demonstrated experience in managing print and digital production workflows.
• Understanding of dielines, safe zones, RGB, and print production standards.
• Capability to handle multiple concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in reviewing and providing actionable feedback on creative outputs from designers.
• Proactive and risk-aware mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
• Experience with design review tools like Figma.
• Proven ability to establish shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian is an advantage.
