This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Act as the main point of contact for creative requests related to events across Tether.
• Define deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue/vendor limitations, and brand guidelines.
• Identify conflicting schedules, unrealistic turnaround times, and incomplete information, and suggest feasible plans.
• Provide designers with comprehensive specifications and oversee multiple event workstreams simultaneously.
• Monitor ongoing requests and highlight potential bottlenecks before they impact event timelines.
• Evaluate designer outputs for brand consistency, accuracy of copy, resolution, color mode, bleed, trim, safe zones, file formats, and platform requirements.
• Maintain a scalable quality assurance checklist and process.
• Archive and organize event assets, briefs, and deliverables in shared drives.
• Keep records of vendor information, production specifications, timelines, and lessons learned.
• Anticipate risks related to vendors, print production, scope, and shipping, and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with vendors and print/production partners regarding specifications and delivery timelines.
• Offer proactive status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between business requesters and the design team.
• Continuously enhance the intake and review process.
• Over 5 years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a significant focus on events.
• Demonstrated experience in managing both print and digital production processes.
• Understanding of dielines, safe areas, and requirements for RGB and print production.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple cross-functional requests and competing deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and a capacity to ensure final quality assurance.
• Experience in reviewing and providing actionable feedback on creative projects.
• Proactive and risk-aware mindset.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable managing stakeholders across various teams and priorities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of design review tools like Figma.
• Experience in establishing shared drive structures or asset libraries.
• Fluent in English.
• Spanish is a requirement; Italian is an added advantage.
