This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Act as the main point of contact for all creative requests related to events across Tether.
• Define deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue/vendor limitations, and branding requirements.
• Identify conflicting timelines, impractical turnarounds, and missing information; suggest feasible plans.
• Provide designers with comprehensive specifications.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous event workstreams across various teams and timelines.
• Monitor active requests and proactively identify bottlenecks.
• Evaluate designer outputs for brand alignment, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed, trim, safe zones, file formats, and platform requirements.
• Identify mistakes such as typos, incorrect sizes, low-resolution exports, broken links, and outdated logos.
• Maintain a scalable quality assurance checklist and process.
• Organize and document event assets, briefs, and final deliverables in shared drives.
• Keep records of vendor information, production specifics, and lessons learned.
• Anticipate vendor lead times, print production timelines, changes in scope, and shipping delays.
• Incorporate buffer and contingency plans into project schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners.
• Provide proactive status updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between business requesters and the design team.
• Continuously enhance intake and review processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a significant focus on events.
• Demonstrated experience in managing both print and digital production processes.
• Understanding of dielines, safe areas, and RGB and print production standards.
• Capability to manage multiple simultaneous, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to deliver final quality assurance.
• Experience in reviewing and providing actionable feedback on designers' creative work.
• Proactive approach with a risk-first mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with design review tools such as Figma.
• Experience in establishing shared drive structures or asset libraries.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Italian or Spanish is a plus.
