This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Act as the main liaison for all event-related creative inquiries within Tether.
• Define deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue/vendor limitations, and branding requirements.
• Identify and address conflicting timelines, infeasible turnaround times, and incomplete information.
• Provide designers with comprehensive and clear specifications.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous event workstreams across various teams and timelines.
• Monitor active requests and proactively identify potential bottlenecks.
• Evaluate print and digital outputs for brand adherence, copy correctness, resolution, color mode, bleed, trim, safe zones, file formats, and platform requirements.
• Develop and uphold a scalable quality assurance checklist and process.
• Organize and document assets, briefs, and final outputs in shared drives.
• Keep vendor information, production details, and lessons learned from events up to date.
• Predict risks associated with vendors, production, scope, and shipping, and formulate contingency plans.
• Collaborate with vendors and print/production partners regarding specifications and delivery timelines.
• Offer proactive status updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between business requesters and the design team.
• Continuously enhance intake and review procedures.
• Over 5 years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong focus on events.
• Demonstrated experience in managing print and digital production workflows.
• Familiarity with dielines, safe areas, RGB, and print production standards.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Experience in reviewing and providing constructive feedback on creative outputs from designers.
• Proactive, risk-aware approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of design review tools such as Figma.
• Experience in establishing shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
