This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Act as the main point of contact for creative requests related to events across Tether.
• Define requests, including deliverable types, formats (print or digital), quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
• Identify conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnaround times, or incomplete information, and suggest feasible solutions.
• Provide designers with comprehensive specifications through detailed briefs.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous event workstreams across different teams and deadlines.
• Monitor the status of requests and proactively identify bottlenecks.
• Evaluate designer deliverables for consistency with brand standards, accuracy of copy, resolution, color mode, bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specifications.
• Maintain a scalable quality assurance checklist and process to ensure high standards.
• Organize and document event assets, briefs, and deliverables in shared drives.
• Keep track of vendor information, production specifications, and lessons learned from past experiences.
• Anticipate risks related to vendors, print production, scope changes, and shipping.
• Collaborate with vendors and print/production partners regarding specifications and delivery timelines.
• Provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business requesters and the design team.
• Continuously enhance the intake and review processes.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong focus on events.
• Demonstrated experience in managing print and digital production processes.
• Understanding of dielines, safe areas, and RGB and CMYK requirements.
• Ability to handle several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in reviewing creative work and providing actionable feedback to designers.
• A proactive, risk-aware mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar platforms.
• Experience with design review tools like Figma.
• Background in setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of Spanish or Italian is an advantage.
