Estimator, Draftee – Project Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of current BIM models, pinpointing deficiencies and creating precise architectural geometry in Revit.

• Independently prepare, detail, and compile permit-ready architectural drawing sheets for a commercial hospitality renovation project.

• Implement US building code regulations, accessibility standards, and local drafting protocols.

• Support architectural scope assessments and derive material takeoffs and estimates from model data.

• Coordinate technical specifications to ensure the project adheres to the 1-month timeline for permit submission.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the Philippines.

• Expert-level skill in Revit modeling, family creation, and producing construction document sets.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing construction documentation compliant with US building codes and local permit submission standards.

• Educational and professional qualifications in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or Civil Engineering.

• Must possess an active Revit software license.

• High-speed internet is required.

• Reliable power backup system is necessary.

• Capability to independently create permit-ready sheets without structural oversight.

• Nice to have: Practical proficiency in AutoCAD for coordinating legacy CAD files.

• Nice to have: Direct drafting or BIM experience in commercial hospitality projects.
