Especialista em RPA – Process Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze, map, and document business processes that are suitable for automation;

• Develop, test, implement, and support RPA and Process Automation solutions;

• Integrate automations with internal and external systems through APIs, databases, and other technologies;

• Monitor and ensure the availability of automated processes in production;

• Engage in identifying and addressing failures, exceptions, and continuous improvement opportunities;

• Participate in the establishment of standards, best practices, and automation governance;

• Collaborate with business, technology, and architecture teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing and maintaining process automation solutions;

• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements;

• Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and databases;

• Ability to create technical and functional documentation;

• Familiarity with best practices in development and automation governance;

• Knowledge and practical experience with at least one of the following platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate with N8N;

• Desired: Knowledge in RPA/PA Orchestration;

• Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and AI Agents.
