ESL Teacher for Young Learners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Instruct young learners aged 4-11 in English as a Second Language (ESL) in China.

• Conduct classes during the designated evening hours of 6-8 PM Bangkok time.

• Option to take on additional teaching hours over the weekends as they arise.

• Utilize the teaching materials provided by the company.

• Concentrate on teaching while the organization manages student recruitment, marketing, administration, and payment processes.

• Engage in professional development opportunities through Inspire Academy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Hold an accredited TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/TEYL certification of 120 hours or more.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.

• Be a native English speaker from the USA, Canada, or the UK.

• Currently reside in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia) or South America (Argentina, Brazil, etc.).

• Maintain a clear criminal record.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills.

• Have a computer with an Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz or better (4 CPUs).

• Ensure a minimum of 8GB RAM.

• Possess an internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload/download speed and a cable connection.

• Use a noise-cancelling headset and a high-definition webcam.

• Have a UPS with a capacity of 4-5 hours in regions prone to power interruptions.

• Create a quiet and well-lit teaching environment.
