This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Process and prepare transactions related to real estate, including the creation of closing statements.

• Address inquiries from borrowers, lenders, and investors.

• Schedule closings and oversee the closing calendar.

• Manage, review, and finalize real estate transactions.

• Oversee escrow transactions from initiation through to funding, recording, and issuance of policies.

• Analyze title commitments to identify requirements, defects, and items requiring correction.

• Prepare Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, HUDs when necessary, and other pertinent closing documents.

• Confirm lender instructions and ensure that all closing conditions are met.

• Reconcile escrow accounts along with settlement statements.

• Arrange and coordinate remote, mobile, attorney, and mail-away closings.

• Review signed documents for completeness prior to funding.

• Coordinate the recording of deeds, mortgages, deeds of trust, satisfactions, and other legal documents.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a licensed Title Insurance agent.

• Minimum of five years of experience in real estate and/or title insurance.

• Ability to review and comprehend real estate contracts, title commitments, and closing documents.

• Advanced understanding of the complete title process from start to finish.

• Clean financial record for bank accounts.

• Experience managing escrow transactions from initiation through to funding, recording, and policy issuance.

• Capability to review title commitments and identify title requirements, defects, and items needing correction.

• Proficiency in preparing Closing Disclosures (CDs), ALTA Settlement Statements, HUDs when applicable, and other related closing documents.

• Ability to confirm lender instructions and ensure all closing conditions are fulfilled.

• Skill in accurately reconciling escrow accounts and settlement statements.

• Competence in scheduling and coordinating remote, mobile, attorney, and mail-away closings.

• Ability to review executed documents for completeness prior to funding.

• Skill in coordinating the recording of deeds, mortgages, deeds of trust, satisfactions, and other legal documentation.

• Experience with Qualia preferred.

• Knowledge of Simplifile preferred.

• Familiarity with Snapdocs preferred.

• State-specific expertise in PA, NJ, NC, SC, and TN is ideal.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on tasks.

• Capable of problem-solving and meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.

• Dependable and self-motivated.
