This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of various escalator systems

• Provide service, maintenance, and repair for escalators and moving walkways at major rail and underground locations

• Handle KONE TM, RTV and RTK units, Schindler 9300 escalators, Anlev systems, and Otis 506 NCE equipment

• Execute maintenance, repairs, and emergency callouts on escalators and moving walkways from different manufacturers

• Uphold high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer care

• Conduct thorough risk assessments

• Keep site log cards updated during each visit

• Travel throughout Greater London, including Gatwick Airport station and Stansted Airport station

• Operate within high-profile, safety-critical transportation infrastructure settings

• NVQ Level 3 in Escalator Engineering or an equivalent qualification

• Demonstrated experience in working with escalators and moving walkways

• A valid UK driving license is mandatory

• Experienced escalator engineer residing within the M25 region

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work
