ERP Technical Consultant, Dutch Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Provide technical solutions for the implementation, migration, and optimization of Unit4 ERP projects.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and customer stakeholders to analyze requirements.

• Develop integrations, extensions, reports, and customizations utilizing APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and low-code tools.

• Conduct data migration activities, encompassing analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance development, documentation, analysis, and testing processes.

• Diagnose technical issues, assist in testing, and produce comprehensive documentation and handover materials.

• Offer on-demand consultancy services to current customers.

• Relay enhancement suggestions and customer insights to product and internal teams.

• Collaborate in a co-intelligence framework using AI tools to boost productivity and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both in writing and speaking.

• Over 3 years of experience in a technical consulting, ERP, integration, migration, or customer-facing technical capacity.

• Practical experience with integrations, APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and both pro-code and low-code development.

• Regular, hands-on experience utilizing AI tools in technical tasks.

• Familiarity with data migration processes, including mapping and validation.

• Strong analytical abilities and the capability to convert requirements into effective solutions.

• Organized, independent, and customer-focused work approach.

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning.

• Preferred: Experience with Unit4 ERP, particularly with Extension Kit, App Studio, APIs, reporting, or migration tools.

• Preferred: Knowledge of SQL, Liquid, C#, scripting, or low-code development.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants.

• Preferred: Experience in international project teams.

• Preferred: Proficiency in additional European languages.
